Dorsett Canary Wharf London
One of 2025's most anticipated summer openings, discover a thoughtfully designed, 236-room hotel housed in a new 20-storey tower in Canary Wharf. Sir Devonshire Square
A new brand by hospitality group Sircle Collection, the 81-bedroom Sir Devonshire Square hotel by Liverpool Street station is opening this autumn, complete with a range of spaces to entertain your guests or offer them a charming London stay, including a restaurant and bar, fitness studios, The Cover private members' club and plenty of green spaces.
Dao by Dorsett North London
Due to open in late 2025 in a fully restored Grade II-listed building with an 80-year history, Dao by Dorsett North London offers 68 serviced apartments and suites, as well as an art centre for events, co-working spaces, a cinema, food and beverage outlets and a rooftop terrace.
The Other House Covent Garden
Located moments from the famous piazza and scheduled to open in late 2025, The Other House Covent Garden features the brand's signature Club Flats, alongside a destination bar, a casual bistro and a rooftop bar. A private members' club is to offer a restaurant and bar, wellness centre and high-tech gym.
citizenM London Olympia
Dutch hotel group citizenM is to open its fifth London hotel in late 2025. Within the transformed Olympia London exhibition centre on Hammersmith Road, the hotel is to feature 146 rooms, three societyM meeting rooms as well as the option for contactless stays.
Hyatt Place London Paddington
Located within a five-minute walk from Paddington train station and 15 minutes from Oxford Street, Hyatt Place London Paddington is set to be a stylish and contemporary transformation of a 1970s-era property offering 87 rooms, all-day dining, a chic 33 sq m (355 sq ft) Library for events of up to 22 guests and more.
Chancery Rosewood
Housed within the former US embassy in Mayfair, Chancery Rosewood opened its doors in September 2025, the second London site for Rosewood Hotels. The new, luxury establishment features eight bars and restaurants, 144 suites and houses, wellness facilities, and space for events and meetings.
House of Gods
Set to open at the end of October, House of Gods is a new 6,040 sq m (65,000 sq ft) hospitality and leisure venue in Canary Wharf. It will have 79 bedrooms, a 300-cover rooftop restaurant with views over Eden Dock, a music venue and events space.
New London hotels in 2026 and beyond
St. Regis London
Experience five-star luxury at the new and highly anticipated St. Regis London, which is scheduled to open in glamorous Mayfair in spring 2026. The 196-room hotel, formerly known as Westbury Mayfair Hotel, is the first property from the luxury worldwide brand to open in the UK, following an extensive renovation including a new eighth floor and enhanced public spaces. Once completed, the hotel will also feature a signature restaurant, a speakeasy jazz bar, a fitness centre and a spa.
Six Senses London
An iconic art deco building and former department store, Whiteleys is soon to become home to Six Senses London. The hotel, wellness club and spa is set to take bookings from April 2026 with 14 branded residences and 109 guest rooms and suites celebrating the building's origins, while making space for modern living. Highlights for event organisers and business travellers will include a cosy lobby bar and lounge, various spaces for private events, an all-day dining restaurant with an open kitchen and a courtyard.
Imperial Hotel Bloomsbury
With 357 thoughtfully designed rooms, a workout suite, a lounge, multiple dining spaces and a stunning panoramic rooftop bar, the completely refurbished Imperial Hotel in Bloomsbury is set to reopen its doors in spring 2026. Overlooking Russell Square, the brutalist building will be transformed into a four-star deluxe lifestyle hotel, serving as the flagship of the family-owned hospitality group.
Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch
After a six-year project, the iconic London landmark Admiralty Arch is transforming into a five-star luxury Waldorf Astoria hotel with 100 rooms and suites, a ballroom, a spa, a rooftop terrace, bars and restaurants from world-renowned chefs. Set to open in 2026, rooms will feature lavish finishes, the latest technology and incredible views of The Mall and Trafalgar Square, while public areas of the hotel will reflect its Grade I-listed status.
Cambridge House
Set in Mayfair, this Georgian mansion and Grade I-listed Palladian townhouse is being transformed into a 102-room hotel by spring 2026. Managed by Auberge Resorts Collection, the historic Cambridge House at 94 Piccadilly is to feature a private members’ club, double-level spa, event spaces, restaurants, bars, private rooms and more.
Hyatt Regency London Olympia
Directly connecting to the historic Olympia convention centre, the 196-room Hyatt Regency London Olympia marks the eighth Hyatt in the capital. Scheduled to open in May 2026, the five-star hotel boasts a restaurant and lounge with a bar and market area, as well as three modern meeting rooms ideal for small gatherings, strategy sessions or breakout meetings.
