Fulham Pier

V&A East Storehouse
For elegant events with a touch of culture, explore a new museum experience at V&A East Storehouse. Featuring open shelves filled with fascinating artefacts and objects, the Central Hall is an inspiring location for a drinks reception for up to 300 guests or dinner for 200, with arrival drinks in the museum’s Welcome Lobby. Exclusive access to the highly popular David Bowie Centre can be added onto hire of the main spaces.
The Sainsbury Wing at the National Gallery
Elevate your events at the National Gallery’s diverse event spaces, which include the newly renovated Sainsbury Wing for up to 1,000 guests. As part of the gallery’s 200th birthday celebrations, the Sainsbury Wing reopened in May after a two-year remodelling of its external facade, foyer and mezzanine. The revamped foyer can now host up to 750 guests.
Garden Kitchen and Gardens at the Natural History Museum
Host your summer evening receptions, product launches and special events in a fabulous indoor/outdoor setting within London's iconic Natural History Museum. Combining inside and outside spaces flooded with natural light, the museum's new Garden Kitchen and Gardens can accommodate up to 300 guests.
Neon at Battersea Power Station
Explore Neon at Battersea Power Station, the first purpose-built space for entertainment and cultural events in the area. This exciting new location brings a range of award-winning and acclaimed immersive experiences and exhibitions, including its opening showstopper, Jurassic World: The Experience.
Convene 200 Aldersgate, St Paul's
Renovated and rebranded in early 2025, premium event venue Convene 200 Aldersgate, St Paul's now offers six stunning meeting rooms across two floors and more than 26,000 sq ft (2,415 sq m) of versatile space, best suited for large, highly experiential events. Rooms range in size from 12 guests up to 400.
New spaces at 10-11 Carlton House Terrace
Experience three new multi-purpose event spaces at Grade I-listed 10-11 Carlton House Terrace: the SHAPE Room, the Wohl Gallery and the Lecture Room. The venue’s lower-ground floor has been transformed into three double-height, double-glazed event spaces, which are equipped to host a wide variety of events including conferences, lectures, workshops, festivals and performances.
Charterhouse Square
Recently lawned and planted, Charterhouse Square is a lovely privately owned urban oasis set within a calm residential area that can accommodate up to 500 guests. It is available to hire both exclusively and non-exclusively.
Sunken Garden, Bloomsbury
Ideal for alfresco receptions and company summer parties, the Sunken Garden in Bloomsbury is a new open-air venue for events of 150 to 450 guests. Tucked away beneath Senate House, this green oasis offers a cosy garden setting, with a stunning bar and atmospheric festoon lighting for evening events. Services also include award-winning street food traders, live music and speciality drinks.
The Traitors: Live Experience
Entertain your guests with tickets to London's latest immersive adventure, The Traitors: Live Experience, in Covent Garden. Step into the suspenseful world of the hit TV series and take a seat at the Round Table, with the UK’s first official live game of The Traitors. Private 14-seat VIP tables or full venue takeovers for up to 112 guests are available.
Town Hall Spaces
Look out for this new landmark venue, set to open in the historical old Camden Council Town Hall opposite St Pancras station this summer. Town Hall Spaces is housed inside a stunningly restored Grade II-listed building, and its 20,000 sq ft (1,858 sq m) of event space can host up to 1,500 people. Make the most of the huge performance stage, expansive mezzanine level, green rooms, storage areas and additional rooms for smaller gatherings or to complement larger events in the Main Hall.
Excel London expansion
This summer, you'll finally get a chance to check out Excel London's new 270,000 sq ft (25,000 sq m) state-of-the-art expansion, which increases the venue's size by 25%. Totalling 1,350,000 sq ft (125,000 sq m) when complete, it is to become Europe's largest fully integrated conference and exhibition venue. The expansion offers an additional ICC convention centre with exhibition halls and conference rooms, plus large airy reception and foyer areas with views across the Royal Docks.
Ce La Vi
For modern Asian cuisine with spectacular views from the highest rooftop restaurant in west London, don't miss new hotspot Ce La Vi, opening this autumn across two floors of the striking Renzo Piano Building Workshop in Paddington. Choose from various stunning spaces to host your next reception or dinner event, with a lounge bar, a restaurant, an outdoor dining space and a private room all available for hire.
Capital Theatre
Step into this new beautifully designed theatre to see award-winning shows, perfect for a fun incentive activity in London this autumn. Housed within the Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd's Bush, Capital Theatre holds 620 seats in a state-of-the-art auditorium where the audience is never more than nine rows away from the stage. The purpose‑built venue will open with a production of Dirty Dancing - The Classic Story on Stage in October.
Guinness At Old Brewer's Yard
A new Guinness brewery is coming to Covent Garden this Christmas. Perfect for fun incentive experiences such as brewery tours and private parties, the 50,000 sq ft (4,645 sq m) space features an open-fire kitchen, a covered courtyard and three different outlets including a food truck, a brasserie and a grill and seafood restaurant on the 360-degree glass rooftop.
Banqueting House
Host private dinners, receptions, galas and more for up to 450 guests in the splendour of a historic royal palace. Located in the City of Westminster, Banqueting House reopens in October after a year-long closure to undergo essential improvements including sustainably sourced English oak flooring and a new lift for step-free access.
Landing Canary Wharf
Landing Canary Wharf is a new waterfront events venue opening in autumn 2025. The open-plan venue features floor-to-ceiling windows and a private riverside terrace making it ideal for a variety of events, from a conference or product launch to a dinner or reception.
New London venues in 2026 and beyond
V&A East Museum
Following on from the successful opening of V&A East Storehouse, look out for the new V&A East Museum scheduled to open in spring 2026. The five-storey venue will offer a range of spaces to host events and shows, including exhibitions, festivals, art installations and live performances.
London Museum Smithfield
Breathing new life into two historic buildings in the City of London, the new London Museum in Smithfield will open its doors in 2026. The formerly derelict Victorian General Market will open first, housing the museum's permanent galleries, while the adjacent 1960s Poultry Market will open in 2028, showcasing the museum’s collection stores and world-class temporary exhibition and learning spaces.
Olympia London
Olympia has been an iconic London events venue for almost 140 years, hosting everything from huge consumer events and trade shows to tech events and fashion shows. Watch as it transforms into an even bigger and better destination for culture, creativity and entertainment, with enhanced event spaces, new conferencing facilities, attractions, restaurants and hotels all opening in the coming year.
Tower Suite at The Tower Hotel by Thistle
The Tower Hotel’s largest event space is reopening in 2026 after an extensive refurbishment. Soon, you'll be able to host your event at the Tower Suite, a bright and versatile space with floor-to-ceiling windows offering unrivalled views of Tower Bridge and the London skyline. This modern, contemporary space can welcome a range of events for up to 550 guests, from product launches and conferences to office parties and evening receptions, or it can be divided into smaller rooms for more intimate events.
Edmond J Safra Fountain Court by Somerset House and Moving Venue
From summer 2026, get ready to host incredible events in London’s iconic Edmond J Safra Fountain Court, thanks to a landmark collaboration between Somerset House and Moving Venue. With room for up to 500 seated guests or 2,500 standing, the new courtyard space will be ideal for corporate outdoor gatherings in a stunning Grade I-listed setting, framed on all sides by sweeping neoclassical wings.
